As a small business, you'll have a significant impact on decisions in your field, and the freedom to innovate in a supportive environment—even though we do not possess specialised IT knowledge ourselves.

 You’ll gain hands-on experience with TTS (Text-to-Speech) and STS (Speech-to-Speech) systems, and learn how to integrate these models with a Large Language Model (LLM). Our goal is to run everything locally on our own hardware, relying heavily on open-source tools and frameworks. While you’ll be the driving force behind the technical implementation, we’ll back you with resources, autonomy, and the encouragement needed to achieve your personal and professional aspirations.

Although we expect you to work independently and take initiative, you’ll still be a valued member of our passionate and dedicated team. Everyone here goes beyond their usual roles because a fresh perspective is always appreciated, regardless of expertise. You’ll have end-to-end responsibility for projects—such as developing a physical product capable of interacting via text or speech—while maintaining a voice in broader business activities.
